This is the conduit for the FED that gets shoved into the markets via the proxy trading firms. Think BlackRock, etc. They all use this money as a counter-party to our retail accounts.
Per se Hussein did not. This was the bailouts that were not part of TARP or any of the MANY programs they made up during that time frame. Those were the cover so the bigger amounts could be done.
Look at who kept hitting the Fed's discount window and the 'special' bank it has on the side. All foreign companies across all sectors.
Hang Bernancke, Geithner, Paulsen, Daimon, Prince, Mack, etc. EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM!!!!!
