Zara, Nike, etc… Look at WHERE these companies house their factories, then look at the labor laws in said countries. Some of them define child as under 12… so is it too much of a stretch to envision 10 or 9 or 8 year olds who 'pass for 12' in a nation with no formal census or ID issuance process would be 'recruited' into service?
