3 dems crossed party lines and voted to confirm Gorsuch. Sen Isakson (R) was absent due to back surgery.
Even without no name, wouldn’t the Kavanaugh votes be similar? Heck, it may be the same as Isakson can vote and No name cant.
Why would no name and the timing of his death have any role in this? I’m not seeing the relationship but I am trusting the plan.
