It has been a big part of my "awakening" to discover how political forces have subverted our government and every organization of any meaning and of any influence —

it is called "insurgency"

where subversion by – yes, enemies of our republic – destroy our country from the inside.

I'm seeing today a likely tactic as to our courts.

State and national Congresses are passing laws that are dysfunctional and unconstitutional

meaning they cause action in the courts

making the courts the arbitrator of issues that weren't properly written into the legislation

Then – to top it off – when it ends up in court – the arguments presented to the court do not fulfill good evidence

and lawsuits are lost because of bad lawyering

layered with bad legislation

The end game, would be to make our process of laws so screwed up that the citizens of the country would lose all faith in the process and demand a better system

Japan's old system was arranged – where the Princes were the "benevolent dictators" or – like loving parents over their children – who know best what those children need, and dictate what the rules and standards of the people will be

and then enforce those dictates as established law

I've seen this insurgency on both sides of politics.

I'm an advocate – at this time – of a system of NO POLITICAL PARTIES

I believe the Political parties are now the dictators

ruled by money and the powerful brokers and the elite influential players

I'm hoping we can fix our system

and get the country back on the track of justice and truth
