There are two AZAZ0909 Spec Ops flights out tonight, one at Wilmington NC, the other at Weschester. This Clipper could be in a holding pattern, waiting for the targets being taken by the Spec Ops guys.

NYPD are active around JFK but that's pretty much it. Can't see any military stuff that's relevant so far.
