Chinese along with bad actors in DC and the West Coast were planning MASSIVE amphibious invasion of the West Coast. A blitzkrieg on the military installations first, and an amphibious assault exponentially larger than D-Day. West Coast governments were aiding with intelligence, sabotage, and allowing the Chinese “sleeping” presence of both Military Personael (inactivated) and land purchases (infrastructure with Military supplies from comped Port Authorities).

The plan was to push East to the desert, “liberate” California from oppression, and regroup as more supplies entered included planes, tanks, and artillery.

Thank God, POTUS stopped it.
