I don't know how much it should actually cost to build, but $3.9 billion for the new Tappan Zee bridge in NYC seems more than outrageous. Sounds like the perfect kind of project to skim huge amounts of money from, right into the pockets of crooks like Cuomo. The feds should conduct an audit of this.
