Taylor Michigan, January or February, about the same time this happened, there was a "meteorite" that hit a detached garage and burned it up. Digs done at the time, revealed several previous US presidents were known to frequent there. Probably a dumb (deep underground military base) Cabal getting scorched.
It was january 17, do a search for "Michigan meteor" shoud get you some info on it.
The articles I found stated the "Metorite" that burned up the garage was in a different location than the beam. The beam photo was attributed by the photos posters as being Taylor.
