I've been looking through the US Treasury press releases, specifically regarding sanctions. The people, companies and assets (planes & ships) used in trafficking (People, arms, WMD tech) are all listed there. It is too much for one man to dig through, but if anyone is of a mind to start hitting the search engines, I think it will prove fruitful.
