Twitter is a private entity. That's how they justify violating our First Amendment rights. They say since they are a private entity, they can have you agree to terms of use and if you agree to use their platform, you agree to their terms and they can censor you.
But the CEO just said in front of CONGRESS that he believes it to be akin to the public square.
