In the early morning hours on September 1, President Donald J. Trump green lit an operation for Special Forces soldiers to raid a Clinton-foundation owned property on the island of Borneo.

Anybody heard any info on this island?

Gazprom, Shell and Clinton Foundation back rainforest carbon deal in Borneo

by Mongabay.com on 24 August 2010

A forest conservation project backed by Shell, Gazprom Market and Trading and the Clinton Foundation on the island of Borneo has won approval under a carbon accounting standard, reports Reuters.

The Rimba Raya project, which covers nearly 100,000 ha (250,000 acres) of peat forest in Indonesiaā€™s Central Kalimantan province, could reduce projected emissions by 75 million metric tons over the next 30 years, generating hundreds of millions in carbon finance under the reducing emissions from deforestation and degradation (REDD) program backed by the U.N. and World Bank.

Rimba Raya is being developed by Hong Kong-based InfiniteEARTH in partnership with Orangutan Foundation International, which aims to protect red apes and their habitat. The project avoids carbon dioxide emissions by protecting peatlands and forests, which sequester massive amounts of carbon in their vegetation and soils.

According to Reuters, Rimba Raya marks ā€œa milestoneā€ in the development of a global market in forest carbon credits.

ā€œThe project has earned the first-ever approval of an accounting method for measuring the reduction in carbon emissions under REDD,ā€ wrote David Fogarty and Sunanda Creagh for Reuters. ā€œThe Voluntary Carbon Standard program, the most respected standard for voluntary carbon offsets, approved the methodology after it passed a mandated double auditing process. The project itself is now undergoing third-party validation and is likely to become the worldā€™s first VCS-approved REDD project later this year.ā€

Fogarty and Creagh say Rimba Rayaā€™s approval will pave the way for other REDD projects currently in development, reducing some of the uncertainty that has plagued the nascent forest carbon market.

Gazprom, which controls 17% of the worldā€™s natural gas reserves and is the worldā€™s largest gas producer, agreed in a statement.

ā€œThis is seen as a landmark moment for the carbon market,ā€ said Gazprom in a press release.

Deforestation, forest and peatlands degradation are a larger source of greenhouse gas emissions than all the worldā€™s cars, trucks, ships, and planes combined. Tropical forest conservation is now seen as one of the most cost-effective ways to fight climate change, although the details surrounding a potential mechanism for compensating reduced deforestation remain unsettled.

SPECIAL FORCES SEIZE CLINTON CASH, DRUGS IN BORNEO

http://www.someonesbones.com/blog/special-forces-seize-clinton-cash-drugs-in-borneo/

In the early morning hours on September 1, elements of the 5th Special Forces Group raided a Clinton-controlled hacienda on the Island of Borneo in South East Asia, says a White House insider under promise of anonymity. President Trump approved the operation after receiving viable tips that Hillary Clinton was hiding $275,000,000 of unreported income at a Clinton Foundation owned estate twenty-five miles north[ā€‹IMG] of Banjarmasin.

The third largest island in the world, Borneo is politically divided among three countries: Malaysia and Brunei to the north and Indonesia to the south. To mitigate potential political fallout, President Trump conferred with Indonesian Vice President Jusuf Kalla and gained conditional approval to green light the incursion. The Indonesian government requested fifty percent of seized assets and a promise that military activity would be swift and limited to a one-kilometer radius around the target, our source said.

ā€œTrump was eighty percent sure the cash was there, but at first hesitated about surrendering it to a foreign power. Eventually, he capitulated, and told Kalla heā€™d split any bounty. Trump probably shouldnā€™t have mentioned the money, since the Indonesian military could have just swept in and grabbed it all. But the president was being a good guy, and he figured the Indonesians would better spend the money than by the Clintons. God only know what Hillary Clinton intended to do with all that cash,ā€ our source said.

After speaking to Kalla, Trump spoke with United States Army Special Operations Command and was told that a 5th SFG ā€œAble Teamā€ that[ā€‹IMG] had been covertly training in Singapore could be repurposed and ready for action in less than twelve hours.

ā€œAt that point, President Trump said just four words: Great. Make it happen,ā€ our source said.

Under cover of darkness on a moonless night, the twelve man A-team parachuted from a C-130, landing several kilometers north of their target, and humped on foot to their destination, which, as they had seen previously on satellite imagery, was the antithesis of anything one might expect a Clinton to own: a rural two-story villa in a horrible state of disrepair with overgrown weeds as far as the eye can see.

ā€œThe place appeared deserted. Looked as if no one had lived there for years. No activity, no sign of life, and not a single internal light,ā€ our source said. ā€œIt was either the best or worst place on Earth to hide over a quarter billion dollars in illicitly gained money. The team secured the perimeter, and the commander gave the order to breech the compound,ā€ our source said.

The interior was equally decrepit: the ground was black with soot and floorboards buckled beneath the soldiersā€™ weight. Swarms of flies and other biting insects filled each room. Only one area, our source said, stood apart from the filth and grime; in the basement, the soldiers [ā€‹IMG]discovered a locked steel door that apparently opened into a hidden alcove. They blew the door open with a shaped C-4 charge and found what they had been sent to find. Corner to corner, floor to ceiling, the chamber was filled with pallets of banded one hundred dollar bills. Moreover, they found five duffel bags, each containing approximately one hundred pounds of black tar heroin.

With their objective completed, the Special Forces team requested exfiltration, while the Trump administration and its Indonesian counterparts discussed logistics on how to transport and distribute the seized cash.

ā€œI donā€™t know if the administration has taken possession of its share yet, but I have no doubt that will happen. The cash and drugs found on Clinton Foundation property will certainly give the president ammunition to use against Hillary. With any luck, sheā€™ll soon be taking a permanent vacation at Guantanamo Bay,ā€ our source said.

Clinton-Linked Sultan Bans Christmas

Says celebrating Christian holiday ā€˜could damage the beliefs of the Muslim communityā€™

The sultan of Brunei, whose government is a Clinton Foundation donor, has forbidden his citizens from openly celebrating Christmas, the Telegraph reports.

The small Asian nationā€™s government warned that honoring the Christian holiday would "damage the beliefs" of the countryā€™s Muslim majority:

The conservative Muslim country on the island of Borneo stated the punishment would apply to anyone found sending festive greetings ā€“ or wearing Santa hats.

Non-Muslims are allowed to celebrate Christmas ā€“ but they must do so only within their communities and first alert authorities.

At least 65 percent of the 420,000-strong population of the oil-rich state are Muslims.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs said in a statement: "These enforcement measures are ā€¦ intended to control the act of celebrating Christmas excessively and openly, which could damage the aqidah (beliefs) of the Muslim community."

Brunei contributed between $1 million and $5 million to the Clinton Foundation in 2002 to help construct the Clinton Presidential Library in Arkansas, the Washington Free Beacon reported earlier this year. Former President Bill Clinton has also visited the country several times.

The sultan, Hassanal Bolkiah, has an estimated net worth of $20 billion and a lavish collection of planes, helicopters, thousands of luxury cars, and a 1,788-room palace. He has been accused of holding "sex parties" with underage girls.

After he made a recent decree to enforce sharia lawā€”in which he said he would punish crimes such as homosexuality, sodomy, and adultery with the amputation of limbs, public flogging, or death by stoningā€”Hollywood celebrities boycotted the famous Beverly Hills Hotel, owned by the sultan.

In words spoken from the Sultan of Bruneiā€™s lavish Empire Hotel in 2000, President Bill Clinton told reporters that his post-presidency would be about making money: "Now I have a United States senator to support, I understand thatā€™s an expensive proposition."

Clinton traveled to Brunei with his daughter, Chelsea, for an economic summit that was also attended by leaders such as President Vladimir Putin of Russia and Jiang Zemin, then Chinaā€™s president.

The sultan, known in Brunei as His Majesty Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, put on an exhibition of luxury for his summit guests. Four hundred ninety three new cars were purchased to transport the various dignitaries around town.

Perhaps the abundance of wealth had an effect on Clinton, who according to New York Times reporters also in Brunei, "made a strong case for his need to start producing some serious revenue flow."

Forging a relationship with the Sultan of Brunei would aid him in that goal.

The government of Brunei contributed between $1 million and $5 million to the Clinton Foundation in 2002, which said that the donation went toward the construction of the Clinton Presidential Library in Arkansas.

Clinton would return to Brunei that same yearā€”this time without his daughter.

Clinton was picked up at a Japanese naval base by Jeffrey Epstein and his private Boeing 727ā€”known to many as either "the orgy jet" or "Lolita Express"ā€”and flown to Brunei to visit with Sultan Bolkiah, according to flight records.

Epstein is a registered sex offender who would regularly host Clinton and many others at his private Caribbean island before being put in prison for sexually abusing underage girls around the globe.

He spent just 13 months in jail for the charges, though evidence is reported to have existed that could have led to more serious federal charges such as using his private jet for sex trafficking.

Two of the alleged "madames" linked to Epsteinā€™s caseā€”one of whom reached an immunity deal with prosecutorsā€”were also aboard the flight to Brunei, according to the flight records.

Clinton stayed in the Emperor Suite of the sultanā€™s Empire Hotel, a $16,600 per night "football-field sized suite that features its own swimming pool and carpets flecked with real gold"

Clinton returned to Brunei in 2005, to thank Sultan Bolkiah for the donation he made to the Clinton library.

"Iā€™m now going to Brunei for a private visit," wrote Clinton on his personal blog. "I want to thank His Majesty the Sultan of Brunei, Hassanal Bolkiah for his generous donation to the Clinton library."

The sultan, whose net worth was last estimated to be $20 billion, has held the throne in Brunei since 1967.

He owns a Boeing 747, which he purchased for $400 million and pilots himself. He is also the owner of an Airbus 340, 16 other planes, two helicopters, 9,000 luxury cars, and a palace with 1,788 rooms in it.

Also like Epstein, he has been accused of sexual wrongdoing. In 1997, he was sued by a former Miss USA who said she was held as a sex slave, drugged, and molested by Bruneiā€™s royal family. The lawsuit was dropped after the Sultan and his brother claimed diplomatic immunity.

The sultan and his brother Prince Jefri have become "infamous for their sex parties and their harems composed mainly of underage girls."

Jillian Lauren, who at 18 years of age was recruited for Jefriā€™s harem, wrote a book about her experience in which she claimed that "thereā€™s no such thing as underage" in Brunei. Lauren also had sexual relations with the sultan.

The sultan, however, has also pushed the small country toward radical Sharia law over his decades-long reign.

The shift was accelerated on May 1, 2014, when he announced in a royal decree that "the enforcement of Sharia law phase one" has begun and would be "followed by the other phases."

Crimes such as homosexuality, sodomy, adultery, and the discussion of faith by non-Muslims are now punishable by amputation of limbs, public flogging, or death by stoning.

This shift has made association with the sultan and the nation of Brunei a red flag in the progressive community.

Hollywood stars boycotted the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel, owned by the sultan, after Brunei formally adopted strict Islamic law. The City of Beverly Hills government even adopted a formal resolution urging him to divest from the hotel.

The hotel turned into a "ghost town," as events hosted by the likes of Jeffrey Katzenberg were moved to other venues.

The Beverly Hills Hotel then hired Mark Fabiani, a former Clinton White House aide who handled crisis communications for the administration, to help it deal with the backlash.

The Clinton Foundation has previously stated that the contribution from Brunei was a "one-time donation" and that it does not expect any further donations. A request for comment about whether it has considered returning the money given Bruneiā€™s turn towards repressive Sharia law went unreturned.

As secretary of state, Hillary Clinton traveled to Brunei in 2012 to "meet with senior officials to emphasize the importance of the increasingly vibrant U.S.-Brunei relationship." She joined the sultan for dinner at one of his palaces.

Clinton also accepted $58,000 worth of jewelry from Brunei while she was with the State Department.
