I voted for a write in candidate, but I had the Don winning in '16 using the same RCP site the media were (though I thought he'd take CO and NV). Its too early now, but here's how too look at it: in economics you learn the 'margin leads the average'. So look at changes and how much rather than RCP averages. Margin of error is also important. You are correct they over-poll Dems (polls are designed to create a result). RV (registered voters) is cocktail party discussion. LV (likely voters; those who did last time/before) is more accurate. Several states that were blue in '16 had polling inside the margin of error, but they were still marked for Hill. the Don got them. Lazy MSM types just looked at the map and didn't dig. Don't fret, anon! Do your part. POTUS said red wave and he is not incorrect about things.
