Google, Twitter, Facebook, Apple slapped with class-action lawsuit over conservative censorship

Freedom Watch founder Larry Klayman on allegations of social media censorship of conservative speech.

Social MediaOpens a New Window. and search giants are being hit with a class-action lawsuit from a pro-Trump group who claims that they conspired against Conservatives.

Freedom Watch, which promotes right to privacy among other causes, claims that Facebook, Google, Twitter and Apple violated antitrust laws.

“Our YouTube account on Google never gets above 49 thousand,” said Larry Klayman, the group’s founder, during an interview on FOX Business’ “Varney & Co.” on Tuesday. “It goes up, it goes down. That’s been going on for about six months,” he claimed while adding that other conservative groups and interests are also experiencing the same issues.

British PM says two suspects in Skripals poisoning case are Russian military intelligence officers

British Prime Minister Theresa May claimed that the two men suspected of carrying out the poisoning attack in Salisbury were officers of the Russian military intelligence agency GRU, citing classified intelligence.

Speaking to Parliament on Wednesday, May reiterated her previous accusation that the Russian government was involved in the Skripal poisoning case. “We were right to say in March that the Russian state is responsible,” she said.

While British police investigators said earlier they had no evidence linking the Russian government with the suspects, May insisted that British intelligence services provided evidence, which identifies them as officers of Russian military intelligence, the GRU. She said she would update party leaders on why her government came to that conclusion behind closed doors.

"Based on the body of intelligence, the government has concluded that the two individuals named by the police and the CPS (Crown Prosecution Service) are officers from the Russian military intelligence service also known as the GRU," May said.

May said that such an operation would require authorization, at a high level, from the Russian government.

Kremlin aide says London’s 'contrived' evidence on Skripal case 'means nothing'

The information provided by London about the Salisbury incident is incomprehensible, while the names of the suspects have been concocted by the UK and mean nothing to Russia, says the Kremlin aide

The information provided by London about the Salisbury incident is incomprehensible, while the names of the suspects have been concocted by the UK and mean nothing to Russia, Presidential Aide Yuri Ushakov told reporters.

"We heard or saw two names, but these names mean nothing to me personally, just like you, I believe," he said. Ushakov noted that Scotland Yard had admitted in a statement that these names were contrived. "I do not understand why that was done and what signal the British side is sending. That is difficult to comprehend," Ushakov stressed.

EXCLUSIVE: Trump Says He’s ‘Amazingly Alone’ In Questioning Defense Pacts

President Donald Trump expressed loneliness in Washington and even within his administration at his view that the U.S. should be reimbursed for the cost of protecting other countries, in an exclusive Oval Office interview with The Daily Caller.

“We’re protecting immensely wealthy countries and they’re not paying us for the protections. I say why are we protecting you when you’re very wealthy and you wouldn’t be here for two weeks if it wasn’t for us? Why aren’t we being reimbursed for this massive cost? Fully reimbursed – for this massive cost that we’re taking care of,” Trump said.

Asked whether he felt alone in this view he remarked “Amazingly alone. Amazingly, a lot of generals don’t understand it. A lot of people don’t understand it,” adding “once you say it three or four times people start to say ‘wow he’s right about that.’ I mean I could go country after country, but I won’t embarrass them.”

Trump continued “I mean, and I say to myself, ‘okay you have a country, it’s immensely wealthy, we’re guarding it. We’re spending tremendous amounts, billions of dollars to guard and they’re not reimbursing us. Why? I’ll be honest, I’ve asked countries, I’ve said, you’ve got to reimburse us. First, they don’t understand the question. Within 5 minutes, they agree.”

The president pointed to increased spending by countries within the NATO alliance as an example of his resonating message and defended his recent summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin. “We had a great meeting and then I guess [the media] wanted me to get into a boxing match with him on the podium. It’s the craziest thing I’ve ever seen.”

GOP lawmakers will ask President Trump on Thursday to issue a declassification order on all Carter Page FISA docs, Bruce Ohr 302’s and other relevant Russia docs.

It’s time, Mr. President!

On Thursday, September 6th, at 1:00 PM ET, top GOP allies of the President will call on Trump to declassify the Russia docs in a press conference, reported Kyle Cheney of Politico.

In July, heavily redacted Carter Page FISA docs were released confirming Obama’s FBI and DOJ misled the FISA courts.

Obama’s Deep State FBI and DOJ obtained a FISA warrant on Carter Page in October of 2016 and three subsequent renewals in order to spy on Trump’s campaign and transition team.

Comey, Rosenstein, McCabe and Sally Yates all signed the FISA applications even though Hillary’s fraudulent Russia dossier was used as a pretext to obtain the warrants.

It is important to note that the third FISA renewal issued in June of 2017 was signed by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein–ONE MONTH after he appointed Robert Mueller as special counsel to investigate ‘Trump-Russia collusion.’

Last week conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch dropped a bombshell on Spygate.

The Justice Department admitted in a court filing last week that the FISA court never held hearings on the FISA applications for former Trump advisor Carter Page.

It was recently revealed that twice-demoted DOJ official Bruce Ohr was acting as a back channel for the FBI to dossier author Christopher Steele and Hillary’s camp to defraud the FISA court.

New emails obtained by Congress show Christopher Steele funneled information to the FBI through top DOJ official Bruce Ohr after the FBI ‘terminated’ Christopher Steele in November of 2016.

It is way past time for President Trump to declassify the Russia documents–let the chips fall where they may.

EXCLUSIVE: Trump Accuses Social Media Companies Of Interfering On Hillary’s Behalf

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump accused social media companies of interfering in both the 2016 and 2018 presidential elections, in an exclusive Oval Office interview with The Daily Caller.

“I think they already have,” Trump said of social media companies interference in the 2018 presidential election. The president pivoted to 2016 saying “I mean the true interference in the last election was that — if you look at all, virtually all of those companies are super liberal companies in favor of Hillary Clinton.”

“Maybe I did a better job because I’m good with the Twitter and I’m good at social media, but the truth is they were all on Hillary Clinton’s side, and if you look at what was going on with Facebook and with Google and all of it, they were very much on her side,” Trump continued.

He cautioned companies not to maintain a bias because it could one day be used against political causes that they prefer.

Trump has railed against social media and tech companies in recent days, particularly Google. He has accused the company of censoring conservative news but has brushed off regulation, saying he just wants fairness. (RELATED: Trump Just Wants ‘Fairness, Not Regulation’ For Google, Facebook, Twitter)

“I think that Google and Facebook and Twitter, I think they treat conservatives and Republicans very unfairly. I could tell you that I have personal experience,” he recently said publicly.

Google has denied any alleged bias in its search results saying its “search” function is not used to set a political agenda, and we don’t bias our results toward any political ideology,” adding, “We continually work to improve Google Search and we never rank search results to manipulate political sentiment.”

Passengers Set Free Following Quarantine at French Airport

A passenger plane had been quarantined in an airport in Perpignan, France, on suspicion of a cholera infection on board.

The plane with 141 people onboard, including five children, had been blocked since 1:50 p.m. local time after it had arrived from Algeria.

According to preliminary data, upon arrival, a crew member signaled that one of the passengers, reportedly a child, was ill. The authorities immediately took the child and his mother into the airport for treatment. The other passengers were asked to disinfect their hands.

Cholera is a highly contagious infection that can be transferred by contact with contaminated food or water.

Earlier in the day, an Emirates flight, carrying some 100 passengers, was quarantined in New York after the passengers on board started feeling sick. According to law enforcement sources, between seven to 10 people on board were taken to hospital.

Chairman Of Ukrainian Parliament Says Hitler Was ‘Big Man’ For Democracy

The modern Ukrainian leadership continues teaching people around the world what the real democraty means. For example, Chairman of Ukrainian Parliament Andriy Parubiy has recently revealed that Adolf Hitler was a “big man” for democracy.

“I’m a major supporter of direct democracy,” Parubiy saud during a live television broadcast of Ukraine’s ICTV channel “By the way, I tell you that the biggest man, who practised a direct democracy, was Adolf Aloizovich [Hitler]”.

Parubiy continued by saying that he studied the direct democracy “scientifically” and once again vowed to have in memory the contribution of Hitler to democracy.

Parubiy became the chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament on April 14, 2016. Previously, from February 27, 2014 to August 7, 2014, he served as Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine.

Parubiy is a common example of the new Ukrainian elites, which has been rulling the country since the US-backed coup in 2014.

Earlier this year, Ukraine’s consul to the German city of Hamburg Vasily Marushinets appeared to be a fan of the Nazis openly promoting neo-Nazi views via its Facebook page.

Israel’s lack of remorse

In an interview with a right-wing Israeli newspaper, Elor Azaria, said he had “no remorse whatsoever” for killing an incapacitated Palestinian in the occupied West Bank city of Hebron in 2016.

After an alleged stabbing attack against Israeli occupying soldiers, the young Palestinian man, Abd al Fattah Al-Sharif, had already been shot and was seriously wounded. He was lying motionless on the ground, surrounded by many Israeli soldiers. In the video of the murder documented by the Human Rights Defenders in Hebron and the Israeli human rights organization B’Tselem (warning: many viewers may find this video and the others below, to be disturbing), two other soldiers were closer to the wounded man, and it is clear they did not see him as a threat anymore.

Out of nowhere, Azaria cocks his weapon, aims at Al-Sharif, and fires one round into his head. A pool of blood begins to stream down the street. This was an extrajudicial execution, plain and simple. Again, the man was motionless and posed absolutely no clear and present danger, which is why the two soldiers who were standing close to Al-Sharif were not expecting anyone to fire at him, as is visible by their reactions.

Azaria also did not cock his weapon nor fire with a sense of urgency that would indicate a true threat. The fact that his rifle was not already cocked implies that there was no present danger. He just did not expect to be caught on camera while murdering someone, and probably thought he would get away with killing a Palestinian.

One might say that Azaria is simply a bad apple and does not reflect the behavior or attitudes of Israeli occupying soldiers. The problem is, there are many documented videos of Israeli forces behaving in such a callous way. Below are just a few examples of documented Israeli brutality against Palestinians, and this is by no means an exhaustive list. There are also plenty of examples where such ruthlessness was not captured on camera.

Man intentionally crashes truck into FOX 4 studios in Dallas, starts 'ranting' before arrest, officials say

A man who was upset about an officer-involved shooting intentionally crashed his truck into the side of the studios for FOX 4 in Dallas early Wednesday before jumping out of the vehicle and started "ranting" before he was arrested, officials said.

In a Twitter post, FOX 4 said that after crashing the vehicle in the building, the man got out and "started ranting."

Dallas police investigated for several hours to make sure nothing was in a bag left outside, the station reported. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident, which took place just before 7 a.m. ET.

Dallas Police Public Information Officer Debra Webb said that officers made contact with the suspect and took the man into custody "without incident."

The suspect, identified as 34-year-old Michael Chadwick Fry, was described as being an "agitated mental state," will face charges for criminal mischief. Fry was previously arrested in 2016 in Denton County, located outside of Dallas. He was also arrested in Dallas County in 2011, according to FOX 4.

"It's just concerning to matter what the building is or who is outside," Webb said, responding to a question if the man was targeting a media organization. "We're really lucky today no one was injured."

Webb said that Fry appeared to be upset about an officer-involved shooting elsewhere and left numerous flyers that were "mostly rambling."

Photojournalists from the station filmed Fry placing numerous boxes next to the side of the building "filled with stacks of paper." The papers were then strewn along the sidewalk and adjacent to the building.

US Delegation Arrives in Crimea for 3-Day Fact-Finding Visit

The Center for Citizens Initiatives, a civic organization aimed at reducing tensions between nuclear superpowers, had previously sent a delegation to the Russian region in 2016.

Valentin Kozubsky, one of the event's organizers, confirmed Wednesday that members of the US citizen diplomacy organization had arrived in Crimea.

"A delegation of four from the United States arrived in Crimea. The official component of their visit will start September 6. They've come here out of a desire to see the real situation on the peninsula, and to bring the truth about the lives of Crimeans back to their home country," Kozubsky told Sputnik.

Set to kick off with a tour of a Simferopol orphanage, the visit will include a meeting with representatives of Crimea's Parliament, and an excursion program, which will see the delegation visiting Yalta and Sevastopol. The visit, organized from the American side by the Center for Citizens Initiatives, will wrap up on September 9.

Crimea broke off from Ukraine and rejoined Russia in the tumultuous spring of 2014, after a coup d'état in Kiev overthrew Ukraine's elected government. Crimean authorities organized a snap referendum, in which over 96 percent of the peninsula's predominantly ethnic-Russian residents voted to rejoin Russia, just over 60 years after Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev transferred the territory to the Ukrainian SSR in February 1954.

In July, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that the State Department continued to see Crimea's reunification with Russia as an "annexation," adding that he would never recognize Crimea's status as part of Russia.
