I don't know the timeline for that either, but I am now certain Kavanaugh is (and has been) Key. He holds a lot that no one else does - dirt on Clintons (and he didn't 'kill' himself), dirt on Bush, dirt on 9/11 — and much more. Also happens to be a brilliant Constitutionalist, will help to make up for the loss of Scalia.
