If we assume that during McCain's trip to Northern Syria
He did levy war against the USA'' and ''provide succour to the enemy'
That would constitute treason, but only if
There were either two witnesses
Or he confessed in open court
Now, Sen. Lindsey Graham and Sen Joe Lieberman
May have had information that could have been used
As witness statements. I think they knew something about arms
Which McCain was shipping to "rebels" but did not know prior
To McCain's Syria trip that he was meeting the ISIS leader
And giving arms to ISIS.
Once they were shown photos of the meeting however…
You have seen the photos. There is no doubt that McCain
Did meet with the ISIS top leader.
So, in front of a military tribunal
What would happen to Graham and Lieberman
If they were the two witnesses required for a TREASON charge?
Likely charges relating to being an accessory.
Very serious.
But what if McCain fell on his own sword?
In other words, what if McCain confessed to treason
In front of the Military Tribunal
That would mean Graham and Lieberman did not need to testify.
He would have, in effect, sentenced HIMSELF to death
In order to save hos friends.
