Yeah who else got it late last night/early this morning in NYC on Verizon fios? It started buzzing way different than the usual tones for a system test. The screen was blue, said Emergency Alert System on top and nothing else. After the awkward more fast paced buzzes the cable box turned back to the regular channel with no message saying it's a test or anything. This was on every channel on Verizon fios cable.
When it's a system test by Verizon (done often) it's a grey screen with older style computerized text flashing across.
