Here is the thing… If POTUS signed a declassification authorization, then he could turn over those documents to Mueller and MI.
These could then be, potentially, pursued for warrants and other classified proceedings that would show up as sealed actions under casenet.
It is my understanding that POTUS can make 'sealed' EOs that are classified for national security purposes… But then that order can also be declassified by POTUS…. IE - declas may not be the declassification of the documents… That may have already happened. The declas would be of the EO that enables those documents to be shared outside the closed meeting.
In other words… "You're already dead."
