Tomari nuclear plant using emergency generators

Guise, they Cabal has done it again. They are trying to cripple Japan by eliminating its food sources and make them dependant on the rest of the world. The earthquake that just hit Hokkaido has damaged fields and crops but more important has shut off power to the Nuclear Plant. NHK is saying the generator only has 7 days of Diesel to cool the tanks. Then Fukushima will happen all over again… The net is down, ATM’s are down, hotels are full and reporting that people are starting to panic…Q TEAM Needs to hurry. and stop chemtrails all over Japan.

The reactors aren't running, no power. The problem is you have to keep fuel rods cool whether running or not. Damage does not determine if the rods are cooled. The cooling PROCESS does because eventually the water will overheat, like a car with a broken water pump…
