This is a super important statement, because only traitors get to stand charged for treason before a military tribunal, and the legal definition of treason is aiding and abetting the enemy DURING WARTIME. There is no such thing as treason in peace time!
It must be assumed Obama secretly pardoned himself and all collaborators of all federal crimes made up until the day he left office. This means charging them in a civil court is legally impossible, regardless of how many crimes they have performed, and how much proof there is. But military law can be applied, as long as there is a war going on. Fortunately there is!
