No chance. 100% of the truth would have to come out and they are for certain done for along with the people who got deals (remember Q said they can't lock them all up, no deals was for the truly evil). If they are not hung for treason, they would be hunted down and be hung regardless or meet a much worse fate from whoever finds them first.
