The Holy See got the French Monarch in hiding to become their front man in a new and changing world. Using him with his new name (Paseur a.k.a. Paymaster)
Through him and then decades later the financial personage of Payseur, they could run complete micro economies via corporations, banks, and religion.
They could also co-opt other religions. Then funnel them money from this Paymaster front into the Vatican and the bank of the Holy See.

The Holy See = P/Chairman of the Board of Payseur.
P serves the Chairman of the Board of Payseur
So Payseur is not one person anymore as much as a legal personage. It's a board of directors with shareholders and so on.
So we went wrong in in assuming it was one person.
It was several members of the board of Payseur.
To this I submit that Peter Munk (RIP) was on that board. He being a head of said board told the Roths where to sit. So then you have Munk and Roths on the same board of an organization that is a front for the Holy See.
And just like that the military said fuck it we're done and they found themselves in front of a firing squad and a military coupe.
And they were not able to run and hide in Asia, Mongolia, or where the fuck ever they thought they'd run and hide. Cause they died.
