Can anything Kavanaugh says in the SC appointment hearings be used against him (in court)?
The reason why I'm asking is because I do not understand why they let D's trash Kavanaugh if the plan is to bring him down (I count on Kavanaugh not being appointed SC).
Just to be clear, do you consider Kavanaugh to be White hat or Black hat?
If they believe they can secure evidence against the Deep State by trapping Kavanaugh, I guess it could be well worth the (small) risk.
