Our local EAS storm system went off for no apparent reason, twice yesterday with a very odd sound. At first they said it was a new "flood warning". Then they said it was "an accident that they are investigating".

I'm wondering if it has something to do with testing our system here to see if it will function the way they want on Sept 20.
