The capital letters = N C THEP IN = 14+3+20+8+5+16+9+14 = 89 = 8+9 = 17 = 1+7 = 8 (let’s call this August)

O is the 15th letter of the alphabet, so putting it all together:

(Aug 15 minus 23) = 23 days after Aug 15 is Sept 7
