If he was prior he should have a GCM unless he oops.

If no prior service, I don't believe he quality for the AFRM. For the MOVSM, he would have had to do something news worthy and reflect well on the Navy.

No clue on the IDW pin.

But his ribbons should be bright unless stained from grog at a wetting down. Now you have me curious
