It's a crazed tranny who spazzez out from opposite-sex homrones, but you're right, I think it's also a schizo, and definitely obsessive. While I never respond to it, I do pity it, since it will most likely kill itself like most trannies do.
The good news is that fewer and fewer anons are catering to its delusion and feeding it.
