Bill was the figurehead only.
Hes a smart guy, likeable and fun (unless you are a youngish female who talks back)
he was happy enough to show up in a tie and get chicks
she made all the decisions, ran the show
but as the election (and the others before that) showed
she is completely and utterly unlikeable.
not electable without cheating - or even with it as we saw.
