Because it's her aide doing the tweeting for her - she's not tweeting about her questions/hearing in real-time… do you see her doing that during the hearing? No. Everyone has one or more aides in there with them, doing stuff like that, which is their job

in the UNcropped pic, in the foreground there is a reporter interviewing someone - the camera on those people is carefully avoiding the VIPs in the Q shirts
I doubt they think so. They cared enough to wear the shirts, and Q acknowledged them, which would mean something to THEM, like it would if Q acknowledged you and called you VIP
