Lawfag request!

Had a digg into sedition today, in light of New Yuck Times promoting the overthrow of a duly elected government. Found a few things which I thought night shift might help with. Day shift was obsessed with flannel and brunettes.

Basically says if you promote sedition, you're part of it. Sedition requires force or violence to be chargeable offenses, which is a line those assholes haven't crossed with this latest "news." yet

But, if there is evidence released of assassination attempts on POTUS, and the NYT and other fake rags promote people linked to them, I think they would be guilty of sedition against the government. This could be the nail in the coffin for the lamestream media. Literally shutdown and arrest of the people in charge. Could lawfags give input?

Agreed. They promoted nonviolent sedition by publishing their OMGINSIDER article. If it crosses the line of force, its sedition.

By Black's, its daaaamn close, IF there is something behind their claims. If there is, they're now part of it, in a legally punishable form. Again, need a real lawfag to do a full digg.

I don't know if terrorism would apply if the stated goal is the overthrow of the government. Sedition is still on the books, so it has to have a place somewhere. Probably could bypass a lot of the traitor era terrorist laws with it.
