Ok I have to ask a question again that I asked during the day. I was listening to the hearing today while working from home. More than twice I heard questioners - 99% sure Dem - mention the McCain event, or the situation…with regard to torture when questioning Kavanaugh. Did anyone else hear this, or can anyone explain what it was possibly in reference to? Because I could not get it - could not have been in reference to his captivity in Vietnam, K isn't old enough. So that made me think it was recent, but if yes then….HUH???

That could explain it. It was the words they used…'event' and something else. It gave me pause at the time. But that must be it.
