WHO video records congress / sotu?
Is it in house? meaning…Subcontracted, like cspan?
Trying to obtain a hirez digital copy (professional store archives)..Some outlet should have an archive of the RAW footage..
All media sources usually store in FULL digital (real) HD format.
A RAW, unedited, master copy, should be available by whomever taped SOTU.. (not streamed..)
These are archived "as is" on HIGH REZ digital formats..usually RED or MOV (quicktime) 2:1 true 4k compression.
For a fee they will send you a copy on whatever format you prefer,(digital tape or harddrive preferably) through the mail..(it costs a bit) You have to have a appropriate player to play it back and some serious hardware to handle professional VS consmer video formats… Movie makers will know what I'm talking about.
The reason I bring this up, is because RAW feed archived video from whomever shot it, has separate audio tracks. Usually 1,2,3,4 or more. If someone said "Trump should be shot", it will be heard on one of those tracks.

This is so damn frustrating..I think Goggle is filtering out ANY searches for video archives (not streamed, but taped master copies)..I've never had a problem searching for video archived on tape before..WTF

Exactly…raw video should have 1 to 4 or more isolated tracks.
