Yes. One thing that a lot of people forget to stock up on during their emergency prep is N95 face masks/ respirators. Those are probably the bare minimum you should have.
Interesting. Do you have a source on that? I remember hearing about that recently, but I thought it was small pox. However, the only articles I can find about smallpox being discovered in unsecured vials/boxes are from 2014.
