IMO DS ratones are building a dementia case against POTUS. They'll get a neurologist, the highly credentialed "experts," an extorted cabinent memeber or two, and talk about how "the president has changed" since taking office.
"Microstrokes" "he's not the same person" "rapid onset altzheimers" "very sad, he used to be so sharp" they'll do phony speech analysis, to support the diagnoses and might even accuse Putin of zapping POTUS with the sonic disrupter (or whatever it is) used in CUBA and china.
Pretty much the tactic as suggested on a deeply boring C_A TV series about spies.
Tina Louise "Ginger" had a "good side" (she thought) and would only let herself be photgraphed from that side.
