The top bad actors can see the indictment count going up and need SCIF access or needed it for two reasons.

To try and find out who is indicted to see if they need cover.
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY.

If the tax payer is paying for hotel rooms and SCIF access and the USSS detail is at arms length and the reason they still have clearances is obvious!!! They are currently under going pre trial and information before that court is above top secret and as defendants they need SCIF access to discuss matters with their lawyers!!!!!!!!
