Anons, please correct me if wrong. I dont see how the [20] DECLAS can happen before Kavanaugh confirmed. We don't need the drama before the vote happens, and its very important he is in before the October date the Supreme Court begins new session. I think the month of September will hype the DECLASS for the entire country, more fake Sessions feuds, more POTUS "threatening" to fire RR or Mueller etc, but the DECLAS does not happen until Oct AFTER Kavanaugh is safely in
