More than that, he made his own board just to REEEEEE some more and, after disrupting the threads for so long and getting banned, claim he was unjustly banned. He believes that by spamming and disrupting the board and getting deleted for it he is "amplifying" his message by utilizing the Streisand Effect or something.
It's so sad it becomes funny, that makes it sad again, which loops it back into funny again. It's like the most fucked-up Mobius strip of concentrated autism.

Things are not solved by charging in recklessly into an enemy encampment. Think of it like a campaign of warfare: battles are waged (the memo was one such battle) to atrophy the enemy's forces.
