>Since when is "Swiss" a language?
Switzerland has 4 official languages.
One of them is German, but the German is spoken with a different accent and is called Schweizerdeutsch, or Swiss German
Germans, for example, would pronounce Schweizerdeutsch as "schwhyZERdoytsch" while the Swiss say "Schwit_ZERRH_durrtsch". The ZERRH is emphasized and drawn out. Very different pronunciations and fluctuations.
IOW by Swiss he means Swiss German. Other languages in Swizterland are French, Italian and a type of Latin.
I'm cutting him a little slack.
