I spoke with a lady today that had the exact same boot as mcstain and HRC. She showed me all about it, hers is a monitor boot, cause she tried cutting off her ankle one and running, was caught, they booted her, she can’t move fast and the boot is locked on with a combo lock. Was interesting to talk to her. She was very forthcoming with it all.
