So…I've been pondering this as well. A few breads ago, asked BO and got ignored. Responded to others…radio silence.

 

Just some random thoughts…

 

this may not about "attacks." But about an increase in traffic + server overload on cloudflare. If not maybe it is DNS cache poisoning.

Agreed. So many layers…

 

…and my gut tells me this is backend server issue with the owners, not attacks. So far, consistently it's server overload. Even cloudflare, has us click on the green button for live site instead of "cache" and it works fine. Cache issues are a big deal for many…

Are you board owner? All good…breads are moving faster than ever today.

 

Ultimately every time 502's happen…most anon's instantly think ATTACK ATTACK!! And I'm experiencing it as a user…thinking "server overload." I do work in the industry and have done lots of QA for large traffic sites. Anyhow…obvi we need more feedback or intel from CM. But based off my normal checks…seems like "CACHE" issues (and not those dolla billz :)
