Can anyone explain WTH Q means when he says?

So if he's dirty then why seemingly defend him? If Mueller is dirty then why would Mueller meet with POTUS to help hash the plan? And if RR is clean then why constantly speak as if he's dirty in drops?

My theory on why EM has started acting crazy the last six months or so is because Q mentioned that Obama stopped funding NASA in order to carry out missions off the radar via private companies, i.e., Spacex. I believe Spacex was used for some clandestine satellite space warfare stuff, possibly connected to NK. Originally, POTUS was jabbing EM on twitter and then you remember the Spacex launch where it blew up? EM said the rocket launch was successful, so maybe it was blown out of the sky by military? Shortly thereafter POTUS began complementing EM achievements.

So, pretty sure EM was given a good ol' fashioned talking to and he understands his role and is playing ball. I kind think they want him to purposefully deflate his stock price, or he realizes the space portion of his company will be sunsetted.
