If there is a chance - A CHANCE that these planes are carrying people purposefully infected with diseases into the US, then why not take a preemptive step and grab some of the people who may be responsible?
Civil liberties are violated ALL THE TIME when law enforcement sees a clear and present danger.
They can take your house, your car, they can grab you and move you across town in the middle of the night.
So why not pick up fucking Hussein and some others and get them down to GITMO quickly for questioning? Or maybe in a basement somewhere in the UAE?
