Clockfags - does an event always happen because of a delta? Or can it just be due to the time of a POTUS tweet?

If delta, is it delta between POTUS tweets only or can it be between POTUS tweet and Q drop? Or either?

If, say the delta is 5 minutes, do you then go to the 5 minute marker and look for Q drops on those dates related to that 5 minute time?

Can you also use that 5 minute time (from the delta) and search for Q drops that are 5 minute timestamps REGARDLESS of THE DATE?….just searching for 5 minute drops i.e. 3:05 PM drop on whatever date?
