I went to the first US vs Bundy et all trial in Portland OR The Constitution no longer exists in the Federal courts. You say Constituion there and smoke starts coming out of their ears. Judges BAN the mention of the Constitution now, and gallery watchers were not allowed to carry open pocket Constitutions. It did NOT feel like the US in that courtroom. God had a hand in that trial I'm convinced. There wer more FBI informants at the Malheur refuge than defendants in the case.

>Every little detail in the courtroom is significant. You step across that threshold, and you are considered to be on a boat at sea.

For sure, and Fedbook plays it's part too. We had Federal Marshals make us remove some pists we made discussing juror observations. They said it was "jury tampering" which is a load of crap. That onus is on the jurors, not court observers. We complied because we were threatened with expulsion from the court room for the remainder of the case if we didn't. Shameless plug next Ryan Bundy for governor of Nevada https://twitter.com/battlebornbundy?lang=en
