I think I may have found a mini-Haiti corruption situation
-Dallas, Tx cop shoots black guy allegedly after she comes home from work and tries to enter the wrong apartment. After her electronic key won't open the door, the guy answers, and she shoots him dead. Officer's identity has not been released other than white female.
-Instagram comments indicate possible relationship between the two.
-He grew up on St. Lucia, attended college in Arkansas, and worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers
-PWC is heavily involved with the Clinton Foundation
-The guy's mother, Laurencia Allison Jean, is a St. Lucia sustainable development, disaster reduction, gender and education relations official
-She has been involved with programs like the Disaster Vulnerability Reduction Project DVRP that was submitted to the World Bank after Hurricane Tomas
-She also worked for the St. Lucia Ministry of Infrastructure, Port Services and Transport
-She now lives in New York
-His uncle was also a government minister who he seemed to have a close relationship based on Facebook pics.
