This is the reason why I believe so many high profile people disavow the Q movement. It has to be organic. We can't be people looking for a better leader - we have to be people looking to lead ourselves.
I may be way off base, but I do believe some of these high profile people are purposely being held away, so that we can find that leadership ourselves.

It could easily be described that way (be an adult). Unfortunately, there are plenty that wouldn't ever know what that means.
Myself being one of those rebellious punk kids, I learned to distance myself from what I considered to be 'collective stupidity' only to find myself sliding into the same kind of hierarchy - albeit on a smaller scale.
Maturity comes when your defenses are down and you stop lying to yourself. When you can see yourself for what you are and clearly judge your own actions. Know the negative things you are capable of, and do your best to keep them in check. Don't beat people over the head for engaging in the same negative behavior, as they will never listen. I know I didn't.
