Saturday Speculation
When so many top targets suddenly were seen with walking boots it was speculated that they were covering up ankle monitors. Then they were later were seen without them killing the theory. What if we needed to ' dig deeper '
What if the monitors were implanted in the leg bone? Remote monitor/ geo fence/ tamper resistant/ remote release of lethal toxin.
The procedure to implant would temporarily weaken the leg bone requiring bracing with a walking boot.
