I can see how "ISIS Wins" could be interpreted as "POTUS Wins over ISIS"
And, "Homegrown Terror Events" could mean lack of them under POTUS
But, it still could come across as negatives under POTUS
It seems like they should go under the Hussein section as
ISIS Winning & Homegrown Terror Events were an issue under Hussein
Yeah, I'm being autistic about it, but it sure could have been worded better.
ISIS Wins -ISIS being defeated
Homegrown Terror Events -just drop this one since the Deep State was still pulling FFs under POTUS
