He's the affiant of record regardless of the fact that he didn't verify jack shit, if that's even the case. Swearing to the authenticity/veracity of the evidence contained within the application under penalty of perjury without bothering to check if it's not bullshit is just plain stupid.

So the investigators are on the hook for perjury. Realize that the final authority doesn't have the time to go and verify every single piece of intel contained within the app, OK. That's logical.

I'm seeing that FISC rules are fucked up. I mean the simple fact that they can get a rubber stamped ex parte order to conduct surveillance on American citizens is totally fucked. Need to dig deeper into the FISA application process. If even possible. Sounds like FRCP turned on its head.

The Supervisory Special Agent thing can be explained…well, I'm making an educated guess here. Believe only SSAs can file. Not some garden variety special agent. The CoC, SAs investigate, compile, send their shit up to the SSA, SSA (is expected to) verify the information, sign off, send it up the food chain for final auth.

Definitely. This shit cannot be allowed to continue. FISC was intended to spy on actual foreign intelligence agents. Not fucking American citizens. If FISC is kept, they need to make the evidentiary standards MUCH higher to obtain a warrant to surveil an American citizen. Or completely gut that, create another court that exclusively deals with American citizens and original FISC deals with foreign agents ONLY. Reforms…much easier said than done.

EMP over Kansas (general area) would wipe out the electrical grid, 90% dead and they'd be watching us kill each other over bread and beans. Laughing the entire time. What's an "assault weapon" gonna do to counter an EMP attack? Nada

Not necessarily. They SHOULD be able to trust that the application is true. Plus they (FBI) omitted a shit ton of exculpatory evidence. Also bald faced lies to the court. Court relies on affidavit. It's what the court does which will determine if the judges are crooked. Meh I don't know, too many angles.

I'm automatically a shill I posted something that you state is wrong? Wow, OK. See other posts in re FISC, pal. I'm not an electrical engineer so I'll just stick to what I do know.

Not to go off on a slide here but execs are criminally and civilly liable for any fuckery under Sarbanes-Oxley. They're expected to know EVERYTHING that's going on. Here, we have a totally different standard for government officials surveilling American citizens.

He's fucking shareholders and bondholders. I don't admire him for that. SpaceX may lose its contracts. Hell, he may lose every government contract and be blacklisted. That would bankrupt him since he's lined his pockets with our money.

Agree, anon. Kavanaugh needs to be seated before the SHTF as there is a 4-4 tie, need him to break the tie when these fucking psychopaths try to beg SCOTUS to spare them and what have you. I guarantee the whole round up will end up going to SCOTUS. Is it constitutional to label an American citizen an enemy combatant, arrest, try in military tribunal. Kavanaugh says it is. That's why we need him seated before "it" goes down.
