Well I read the whole thing and it's very insightful and honest. He basically says people allowed themselves to be enslaved. What is stopping us from not using money? Why not set up a barter system? Why no revolt? Why? Because we are just comfortable enough to survive the way things are.
Give a man a fish? He eats for a day. Teach a man to fish? He can eat forever.
But what if he doesn't want to learn how to fish because he is too comfy getting handed a fish every day?

I don't view the Bible as others do per se. I do think if there is an end times and this is it then it just means the end of a certain evil, a veil being lifted, and people's spirits being freed from oppression and hate. I'm not into the whole rapture, nuclear holocaust, devastation with millions of people being killed kinda end times.
God gives humans free will. God is omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent. God is literally everywhere and in everything and all knowing. Every grain of sand, every person, good and evil. Humans wrote those books. Humans edited them. Humans created the religions. Humans are all part of God as a child is part of a parent. The knowledge passed on from parent to child is DNA, concentrated inherited information. There is your eternal life. Your DNA contains the DNA from Biblical Eve. How cool is that? Eve is still spreading her knowledge. WOW.
If God is all of those things then that means your thoughts and actions are also God. So with free will God gives us the power to change reality.
