All of the original filenames of images Q posts after a certain point, on the spreadsheet with his posts for that reason. I personally am unable to fathom the stringers as my talents lie elsewhere, but many have made efforts to decode them.

Also, all of Q's images are saved in an offsite gallery - the one that has the direct filename, not the 8ch-assigned name for the purposes of stegfagging (there is a difference that they understand so it's done for them).
